Billy J. Fenoglio
B. J. FENOGLIO SRA, IFAS, GAA, MHV, RA: Bill started BJF Appraisals in 1988, after a partnership with Harper/Fenoglio (1990). He has worked in a MAI Office in Wichita Falls (1984), managed a MAI Office in Dallas (1987), worked as a Staff FHA Direct Underwriter Office in Arlington (1987) and was an associate with Bolton/Hall Appraisals in Arlington (1988). Bill has two offices, one located in Henrietta, Texas and another in Rowlett, Texas. The Henrietta office is the main controlling office. BJF Appraisals is a full circle appraisal office. His scope of appraisals consists of residential, commercial, VA and FHA appraisals. He is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma as both appraiser and real estate broker.
Bill is also a mediator for the Dispute Mediation Services of Dallas and also practices his own mediation services privately. He is also an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau for Lemon Law Cases and on the panel for the Texas Tax Appraisal District Arbitrations.
Prior to appraising, Bill worked as Staff Manager with Sears in Wichita Falls, Texas (1961-76), Whites Home and Auto in Houston, Texas (1979-80), Department Manager with Montgomery Wards in Dallas, Texas (1980), Store Manager with Wiener Lumber Company and Store Manager with Caruth Home Center in Dallas and Assistant Manager with Sterlings Catalogue Showrooms in Richardson, Texas..
Bill was born in Stanfield Community, Clay County, Texas (10/19/40) and graduated from Henrietta High School in Henrietta, Texas (1959). He attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas (1959), University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii (1967-69) and graduated from Midwestern University in Wichita Falls with a BBA (1972) and completed one year of graduate work. He also served with the U. S. Navy in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and the Navy Reserve in Wichita Falls, Texas. Bill is married and has one daughter and one son.
